Practice in the park

Over the summer, we will have outdoor practice at Regent’s Park on Tuesdays from 6.30 to 7.30pm from Tuesday 16th July until mid September (weather permitting). After that we will start our regular autumn term in Soho and Blackheath.

Our T’ai Chi spot in Regent’s Park is by the boating lake. The nearest entrance is Clarence Gate, which is close to Baker Street Tube station. Enter the park through Clarence Gate, turn left and follow the path for about 100m.  There is sometimes a breeze as we are by the water so please ensure you bring an extra layer of clothing.

T'ai Chi helps restore health, prolong life, increase personal safety and heighten creativity.
