Practice in the park

Over the summer, we will have outdoor practice at Regent’s Park on Tuesdays from 6.30 to 7.30pm from Tuesday 11th of July until mid September (weather permitting). After that we will start our regular autumn term in St. Anne’s Community Hall in Soho, Central London.

Our T’ai Chi spot in Regent’s Park is by the boating lake. The nearest entrance is Clarence Gate, which is close to Baker Street Tube station. Enter the park through Clarence Gate, turn left and follow the path for about 100m.

T'ai Chi helps restore health, prolong life, increase personal safety and heighten creativity.

Each term we offer 10-week beginners classes teaching the Yang Style Short Form of Professor Cheng Man-Ch’ing.
