Autumn Classes on Zoom

This Autumn we will be teaching on Tuesday and Wednesday nights over Zoom.

Tuesday nights are open to any existing student who has completed B1 or above. We will explore T’ai Chi principles while working sections of the form.

Wednesday nights we are excited to offer a new online beginners class class for those new to T’ai Chi. Over 10 weeks you will learn the first part of the Yang family short form as modified by Professor Cheng ManCh’ing.
